Price.
Room was dirty..

The parking lot was dark and a guest's car was broken into. There was mold growing in the toilet. There was someone's popcorn on the floor. A drinking straw behind the bathroom door. A film canister under the air conditioner which didn't work. No screen on the window which couldn't be locked. ...read more

I liked the nice staff.

Absolutly nothing.
Dirty, smelled like smoke, police called, screaming, unhelpful staff.

Our room had yellow walls from smoke stains. The airconditioner filter was plugged with smoke. The fridge did not work. Stains on the walls of food and other matter. Police were called due to a fight. Screaming and partying on site. Called staff and nothing was done to correct the problem. We did not sleep and all of our belongings smelled like smoke in our suitcase because it was so thick in the room. ...read more

I loved the fact that it had a kitchen, which is needed when you have kids.
A couple of staff were very rude to my husband and I don't appreciate that.

Overall, the hotel was accommodating, but there were a couple of aspects that I did not like. The big one was one member of staff who was very rude to my husband. My husband is a very likable guy and it shocked me that someone could be nasty to him. The bed were comfortable and the kitchen was needed. Overall, I would book again. ...read more

The manager that checked me in was great.
Dirty, people those were obviously transients staying. Drinking out in the parking lot, etc.

I was the worst. I have ever had. first the Air conditioner didn't work, they moved me to another room. In the room I went to there was a long term guest next door with a cat and a dog plants in the widow they were living there. I had my young children with me some of the time of the stay. It was great and I payed the same amount to stay there. This time I got this place using the same criteria and could not be more disappointed. I will not stay at this location again. I visit Denver to see my children about 15 times per year. Sometimes I need to stay in a hotel but never this one again. Thanks for listening. ...read more

Nothing.
Everything.

Not worth the money to stay here. Rooms are dark and dreary. Stayed five days couldn't get the lamps in my room fixed.

Staff was especially friendly and responsive.

Met my need to be near my son's home. My daughter who was with me is allergic to cats, which my son has. Room we were in did not cause an allergic reaction.
